I got into real estate with a background in restaurant ownership and also construction. These 2 fields have served me well leading into real estate. When I earned my license in 1995, I started real estate with the idea of going back to school to earn my degree in Psychology. Instead, I sold my first home in 2 weeks and never looked back.
I earned the Weichert Realtors "Rookie of the Year" honor in 1996. In 2001 I became a licensed Broker, the highest level of real estate education in New Jersey. By 2002, I became the Managing Agent for Prudential Rose Realtors in Watchung. Since then, we merged with Prudential New Jersey Properties, the second largest independent broker in the state (that's good news!).
My career has gone full circle. I now focus all my energy and experience on helping my clients achieve their real estate goals. I am most happy this way, and I hope it shows.
I was raised in Warren Township, NJ. This, of course, has been an important factor for my clients. I graduated from Watchung Hills Regional High School in 1987.
Aside from a few years in Morristown and North Plainfield, living in the area has been the norm.
Besides work, work, work, Tim finds enjoyment on the golf course, playing his Taylor guiatar and spending quality time with his family.
