Creating real value in property & places
As a sales associate at BHHSNJ Properties, I understand that for many people, this is largest single investment that they will make in their lives. It is a decision that affects personal finance as well as personal lifestyle. It is also a decision that can cause anxiety. Whether you have decided to buy, sell, or rent, my goal is to educate and assist in this process by providing you with the most useful, relevant and current information and services.
I also have extensive knowledge regarding home building, renovation and remodeling which can either help you sell your home or buy a property that can become your dream home.

As a lifelong resident of Middlesex and Union Counties, Eric grew up in Edison, lived in Metuchen and currently resides in Westfield with his wife and two children. Eric made himself part of the fabric of each of these communities by participating in events, serving on committees and organizing activities.
Eric enjoys his time with family at the shore community of Beach Haven in Long Beach Island where he and his family have been spending time since childhood. At the shore, Eric is an avid surfer and fisherman. He treasures the shore community and works hard to preserve, protect and participate in its beauty.
The son of a contractor, Eric has learned the art of carpentry and home building from his father. He has renovated several homes over the years and enjoys finish carpentry projects in the summers and on weekends. Most recently, Eric worked tirelessly to rebuild his family’s two flooded homes in the months following Hurricane Sandy in 2012. He then acted as general contractor to raise and renovate one of these homes in 2014. Currently, he is working to raise the second home.
