Prudential New Jersey Properties is excited to bring on three very promising real estate agents, Renata Gutierrez, Michael Unis, and Pauline Long! As we ramp up conversion to our new branding next month, we are looking for only the most qualified and professional candidates to help us help customers in the real estate space.
Renata Gutierrez will join our Livingston Office; she is new
to real estate but has other great educational and professional experiences.
Renata holds a B.A. in Psychology from Montclair State University and a M. Ed.
in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University. She has worked for 3 years
with the Catholic Charities of Atlanta and 3 years with the College of Saint
Elizabeth. She is a well-rounded individual and we are confident that she has
the necessary skills to be successful in real estate.
Michael Unis of our West Essex Office is a life-long
Livingston resident with a Bachelor’s Degree from Ithaca College and Master’s
Degree from Seton Hall University. For the last four years, Michael has worked
as a 5
th grade teacher in the Newark Public Schools System. He
currently serves on the Verona Board of Education and has been active in his
local community throughout his life. His local roots and strong educational
experience should make him a great agent in West Essex.
Pauline “Paula” Long of our Westfield Office is a longtime resident of Union County and has worked for the Union County Office of Cultural Affairs, The Institution of Music for Children, and the New Jersey Intergenerational Orchestra. Paula also holds a B.A. in Art History from Kean University and is an active member of the Westfield Historical Society and New Jersey Symphony. Paula’s deep community engagement is a great quality to have in a sales agent, an aspect that we cherish at our company.
Renata, Michael, and Paula all have very different backgrounds and experiences that make them qualified to work with our company, we are proud to welcome them to our team and wish them great success in the future!
