The buying Process

Linking People­to the Homes That Were Meant for Them:

1. Make an Appoinment: Extensive Q& A session discovering what you are looking for in a home, location, price range and time frame. Determine lake, gated, townhouse or residential community.­ Provide financing options based on your individual needs.

2. Look and Evaluate:­ Search and find properties that meet your needs and wants.­ Correspond to you that information, via email, phone and/or fax.

3. Travel and Showings:­ Establish your flexibility on time and travel.­ Begin the elimination process by narrowing down your property search.

4. Choice Evaluation:­ Once the number of selections is narrowed down, I will begin due diligence and research selling histories and resale values to insure you do not overpay for your home.­ Assess your personal time frame and when you want to move.

5.­ Offer Stage:­ Offer an understanding of the New Jersey attorney process and explain the stages of the entire transaction from start to finish.­ Make an offer once there is a timeline, a property and an understanding of the real value of the home.­ Present and negoiate offer on your behalf.

6. Inspection: Facilitate the inspection, educate you on the property, coordinate dealing with results, renegotiating if necessary, and hold your hand through the entire process.

7. Closing and Beyond: Make sure the mortgage process runs smoothly, communicate with attorneys and buyers throughout transaction and coordinate elements of closing.­ Make sur the move in process goes smoothly.­ Refer you to anyone you may need from painters to decorators and the best landscaping companies.
