My career as a Real Estate salesman started many years ago, although I didn't know it at the time. As a young man, fresh out of school, I began an apprenticeship as a house building carpenter. What a terrific way to learn how things go together, especially houses, and why some projects and houses turn out better than others. Now as I represent buyers and sellers in these most important decision making times, I can offer deeper insights to the advantages, and sometime disadvantages, of conditions on a particilar property. As a professional salesperson for my entire career, aftter my ten year carpentry learning experience, I have directd all my efforts to helping people understand situations they face and help them work out happy-ending solutions to them. Speaking in a positive, authoritative manner about a given home gives my clients a sense of assurance that the advice they receive is well thought out and can be trusted. My pledge to all my clients, wether buying or selling is they will receive all the attention and care that they deserve. I look forward to having you as one of these clients in the not-too-distant future
Growing up in Bloomfield, N.J. with eight brothers and sisters was never boring. As the saying goes, "It was the best of times, it was the worst of times". One great advanage it offered was to help me become self-sufficient at an early age. facing difficult or frustrating situations required determination, and lots of common sense. These habits are more relavent today, than back then.
I was married early in life, to my wonderful wife Ann, and we have six grown children, and 10 wonderful grand children. We moved to Cedar Grove quite a few years ago,and immediately fell in love with this town because of the great people here. We also became active members of the parish of Saint Catherine Of Siena, and have stayed involved in various aspects of parish life since then.
Ann and I love to travel and have been to many European Countrys, and if I ever retire, we would like to see even more of the world.
In the meantime, I get great satisfaction being a Real Estate Agent and working with my wonderful clients every day.
We all remember what spare time was. We all had a lot more of it not too long ago. Now it seems that we just get up, fill our days with a million things to do, and it's time for the 11:00 o'clock news. I have more deadlines in a day than I ever had before.
Fortunately, most of our activities are good, productive, and enjoyable. This is especially true when it comes to family, friends, social activities, and working with my wonderful clients.
It is most important to make time to engage in our own activities, in our own space and time. That's when a quiet game of golf with friends is really great. Spending time at the beautiful Jersey shore is also great family fun. And when my wife and I can travel, particularly in Europe, it gives us the most joy . "We still have many miles to go before we sleep".
Cedar Grove is a great town in which to live and raise a family. Over the many years we have lived here, we've seen a lot of changes and have made many great friends. One of the prime attractions is the wonderful spirit of volunteerism that prevades the entire community. From our outstanding Fire Department, to our Ambulance and Rescue Squad, to the many committees and service orgainizations, such as The Elks, The Lions, The Unico etc. there is always someone doing something good for somebody here.
Another factor making Cedar Grove a warm and welcoming town is the unifying influence of the spirit of the Houses of Worship here. Harmony and friendship among the people is expressed at various times throughout the year with inter-faith gatherings.
We are also fortunate to have honest, hard working, and dedicated elected officials guiding us through these difficult times. I'm sure they cant please everybody every time but I feel they are always acting in the best interest of the citizens. I know that my family appreciates this very much.
