Welcome to my Website
My name is Diane Solimo and I have been a realtor for 13yrs. I love my work and enjoy helping people relocate to this area of the country. I have lived in Morris County for 36 years and am very enthusiastic about New Jersey.
New Jersey has many beautiful communities ranging from small town, larger urban and sprawling rural areas. Recreatiional and cultural activities are numerous.
Our educational system is one of the best in the country.
My philosophy is to find you a home that is the perfect fit in every way possible. I will help you explore all of Morris County, and parts of Somerset, Sussex, Hunterton and Essex.
Spring has arrived and the housing market is blooming.
In the past two weeks a good number of homes have gone into attorney review and under contract.
Now is the time to list your home with me.
Buyers don't miss out. Inventory is decreasing.
Volunteer and Teach by Example
Giving is receiving.
We need to volunteer and give back to our community and to those less fortunate.
Start by showing the children in your life by example and get them involved.
I am considered a specialist in rentals and first-time home buyers.
I have been involved with the Welcome Wagon of Hanover which introduces newcomers to the community.
My church is a sponsor of the New Jersey Food Bank and the Archdiocese of Patterson. We collect food and clothing once a month and deliver to the various areas. We also sponsor trips to Appalaccia and New Orleans for all those who need help rebuilding.
I have served on the PTA school boards of Hanover Twp. and Morristown Beard School for approximately 15 years.
Light the Night is an organization which promotes research of leukemia and lymphoma. Whether walking with a candle at night or donating money I have felt rewarded to be able to give.
After 30 years I have started knitting again and after 40 years I am starting riding lessons. Next winter I am planning to take my granddaughters skiing.
My favorite place to be is the Jersey shore. I love the beach and the hot weather. In the winter I enjoy meeting family and friends for dinner or lunch. There are many excellent restaurants in this area with varied cuisine. New York is a short trip to see a play, opera or visit the Metropolitan Musuem or the Musuem of Natural History.
My degree is from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
I graduated Mt. St. Dominic Academy in Caldwell and I am active in the alumni.
My extended family is scattered throughout the country and beyond. I have aunts, uncles. cousins and friends in California, Neveda, Maine, Kentucky, North Carolina, Florida, Australia and Italy.
My immediate family consists of one daughter living in Spring Lake Heights and my son and his family in Tewksbury. Two granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Lauren, never let me forget how to play.
I have been a Realtor Associate for 13 years in Morris County and have worked with Prudential New Jersey Properties since October of 2003.
I am a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and Garden State Multiple Listing Service. I have done volunteer work at NJAR and will continue to do so because it represents not only me but all New Jersey Realtors.
I have been a parishioner of Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel Church in Cedar Knolls for 36 years and do volunteer work on various projects.
